This document can be seen only by your Council's Authorized Buyer(s).
It is used by GCC to gain Council authorization to release Unit Prize shipments.

Each Unit for whom GCC has received an order is listed. (Multiple Unit orders will appear multiple times.) When the Council is ready to authorize GCC to ship a Unit's prizes, check that Unit's Release box and click 'Release selected orders'. You may release numerous units and then click Submit. GCC will ship released units promptly.
